How To Edit Page/Post Content on your WordPress Website

- Log into your WordPress administration panel using your assigned user account and url (usually yourdomain.com/wp-admin, or similar)
- Using the navigation on the left, click Pages
- From the list of pages, select the one you wish to edit
- Now you will see the editing screen with an HTML/Visual editor containing the page content – Make sure you are using the Visual tab (unless you would like to edit the HTML code)
- Modify or add content as desired – Note the familiar formatting options: Bold, Italics, Lists, Links, etc.For even more formatting options (Headings, text color, etc.) click the Kitchen Sink button
- When you are satisfied with your edits, click the blue Update button (Publish, if it’s a new page or post) to the right of the content box (if you like, you can also preview pages using the Previewbutton above the update button)
